The KAI 7270 with 10.5 inch (270 mm) is the long version of the professional tailor's scissors for large-area cutting in garment manufacturing and the apparel industry. The additional blade length over the 9.5-inch variant makes cutting long fabric runs noticeably more efficient – each individual cut covers more distance.

The KAI 7000 series was awarded the iF Design Award 2005. AUS8A steel at 58 HRC, Duplex Interlock screw, ergonomic elastomer handles – the 7270 shares all technical advantages of the series and adds XL leverage for industrial applications.
