The KAI 7150 is a professional sewing scissors from the 7000 series with 6.5 inch blade length. Designed for detail work, hems, embroidery, and quilt applications – exactly where a 9.5-inch tailor's scissors is too large, but professional quality is still required.

The KAI 7000 series was awarded the iF Design Award 2005. The blades made from stainless high-carbon AUS8A steel at 58 HRC stay sharp significantly longer than ordinary stainless steel blades – an advantage particularly relevant for sewing scissors, where many small cuts per hour accumulate.
